The estate is a long-established name, famous for its flagship Insignia, and the program is polished and seated. Non-tasters are charged $20 per person plus tax, and at least half the group needs to taste. Founder's Tastings carry a 72-hour cancellation policy, and private experiences a 7-day policy. Outside food is not permitted on the terrace.
