St. Supery Estate

What it's like

St. Supery grows all its own grapes and is Napa Green certified, with a focus on Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon and other Bordeaux varieties. The tasting menu is broad, so it works as a casual stop or a longer visit.

The lowest-priced flights are White Wine Discovery and Winemaker's Selection at $46 per person. Cabernet Collector's is $75, Five Bordeaux Varietals is $98 and the Cabernet Sauvignon Library Tasting is $125. Sip and Swirl Sundays is $48. Harvest Live! Tour & Tasting is $87 per person, about two hours, at 10 AM or 1 PM daily. Taste of the Estate, a wine and food pairing, is $145 for 90 minutes, Wednesday to Saturday. Listed prices include a 15 percent service fee.

Who it's best for

Mixed groups where some people prefer white wine and others want Cabernet. Groups of 7 to 12 can book a group tasting at $75 per person with cheese. It also suits first-timers who want a simple flight, plus people who want a tour in the Harvest Live! format.

What to book

Open daily from 10 AM to 5 PM. Walk-ins are accepted Monday through Thursday, while Friday through Sunday reservations are recommended. St. Supery is on St. Helena Highway, so it combines easily with Rutherford neighbors like Peju, Grgich Hills and Sequoia Grove. The 10 AM Harvest Live! slot gives you a full morning, and the Taste of the Estate pairing works as a light lunch.
