What it's like

Regusci is a family estate on Silverado Trail with a historic winery, vineyards and a culinary garden, and the experiences make use of the outdoors. The Terrace Experience is the most affordable at $45 per person: four pre-selected wines served in carafes, self-guided and not hosted, so you set your own pace. The Legacy Patio Tasting is $65 per person and is hosted, with a curated selection of flagship varietals.

If you want to see more of the property, the Ranch Tour Experience at $85 per person is a guided walk through the vineyards, culinary garden and historic winery. The walk involves standing and uneven ground, so wear sensible shoes. The Cellar Lounge, at $125 per person, is a seated experience among aging barrels with library and limited-production wines. Private group experiences start at $100 per person and are arranged by phone or email.

Who it's best for

Groups that like the outdoors and a slower pace. The self-guided terrace tasting suits friends who would rather talk than be talked to, and the ranch tour appeals to anyone curious about the farm itself. All guests must be 21 or older, and outside food and beverages are not allowed.

What to book

Hours are 10am to 4pm, and reservations are recommended, which you can make on Tock. Choose the terrace for something casual, the patio for hosted storytelling, the ranch tour if you want to walk the property, or the cellar lounge for a longer, more premium sit-down. Call for groups.

Plan a designated driver, rideshare or driver-guided tour; this is a rural stretch of Silverado Trail.

How it fits into a day

Regusci pairs naturally with other Stags Leap District stops such as Odette, Quixote and Baldacci a few minutes up the road. A morning ranch tour followed by an unhurried lunch in Yountville or Napa makes for an easy day.
