What to book

Reservations are required for every experience. The Oakville Trek is 90 minutes, Thursday through Monday, with five wines and seasonal bites; The Elevage is 90 minutes daily with four wines, cheese and charcuterie; The Assemblage suits groups of seven to twelve. As everywhere in the valley, plan on a designated driver, a rideshare, or a tour service, since tastings add up over a day.

How it fits into a day

Open 10am to 3pm daily, it is a late-morning or lunchtime stop, close to Groth and Silver Oak.
