Couples and Truffles opens Napa Truffle Festival weekend on a Friday evening at CIA at Copia in Napa. Chefs Nancy Oakes and Bruce Aidells demonstrate two truffle dishes while Hugh Davies of Schramsberg and Davies Vineyards pours the pairings. Guests taste four truffle portions, take home the recipes, and meet the truffle-hunting dogs. It is not a full dinner, and guests must be 21 or older.
